LTE AT 700 MHz

Unique to 700 MHz in the U.S., high-power, near-band transmit signals, in close proximity to LTE receive channels, present a difficult interference environment. Without proper attention, wireless carrier’s significant LTE investment could be compromised. STI can address these issues using SuperLink®700.

Our ultra-low-loss receiver uses a proprietary brick-wall filter which eliminates interference, allows for more usable spectrum, and maximizes the base station receiver’s signal to noise ratio. This can translate into 10-15% or more increased base station coverage area and data throughput.

SuperLink®700 minimizes guard band thereby recovering spectrum. In some cases, carriers could add 8% or more usable resource blocks and capacity, valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. These combined benefits can solve LTE’s crucial challenges and enable carriers to deliver on the promise of LTE at 700MHz.

AmpLink™
Ground based simplicity with TMA performance

AmpLink™ products provide duplexing and uplink enhancement for PCS and AWS base stations. By integrating STI’s proprietary low-loss duplexers and class-leading low noise amplifiers (LNAs) into a single unit, the AmpLink™ allows wireless operators to deploy fast and efficient PCS and AWS networks and overlays using “zoning-friendly” solutions while enhancing network quality.

SuperPlex®
Antenna sharing without compromise

Designed for fast, cost-effective deployment, STI’s SuperPlex® line of multiplexing solutions reduce the need for additional antennas and coaxial cable feed lines, while providing superior functionality in both the 850 MHz cellular band and the 1900 MHz PCS band. These products provide very low transmit and receive insertion loss while providing excellent cross-band isolation. Our High Q duplexer is a full band, low loss device providing duplexing functionality for both Cellular bands. Since the device covers both A and B bands, only one product type is required, reducing the number of product variations on site.

Low Insertion Loss and high isolation duplexers and multiplexers

STI’s ETR-Duplexer for Enhanced Transmit Rejection solution provides cellular B band duplexing combined with a high order transmit filter to prevent noise emission problems at 896 MHz. The SuperPlex® 1-1900 is a low loss triplexer that provides duplexing functionality at 850MHz, while simultaneously providing duplexing functionality with Cellular 850MHz and PCS.
