Leadership:

In March 2005, STI appointed 20-year telecom industry veteran Jeff Quiram as president and chief executive officer. Prior to STI, Quiram had a distinguished career at ADC Telecommunications, where he led the wireless business unit, the connectivity business unit, was managing director of ADC Finland and group vice president of sales.

Terry White joined STI as vice president of worldwide sales in April 2005. White brings over 20 years of global sales and strategic business planning experience at world-class telecom companies, including Mahi Networks and ADC Telecommunications.

In April 2006, STI named Adam Shelton as vice president of product management and marketing. His diverse communications industry and product delivery experience includes carrier network engineering and architecture planning, product marketing and business development, at Motorola and Advanced Fibre Communications (AFC) now Tellabs.

Tom Giunta joined STI as vice president of engineering in March 2008. Giunta has held a variety of key senior management positions at Motorola, Ciena, Mahi Networks, Advanced Fibre Communications, Fujitsu Network Communications and Alcatel.
