401(K) Plan Save up to the maximum allowed by the IRS. For every dollar you put in the Plan, STI will match dollar for dollar of the 1st 3% of your compensation, and 50% of the next 2%. In other words, if you put in 5%, STI will match 4%. There is a match cap or maximum of $4,000 per year.
Paid Holidays and Vacations
Nine paid holidays, plus fifteen paid vacation days that begin accruing on your first day of work.
Paid Sick Days
Ten paid sick days given in a lump sum at the beginning of each year. Days allotted will be prorated based on your start date.
Health Plans - Medical, Dental, and Vision
Medical and dental plans that include PPO and HMO and start the first of the month following the date of hire.
Life Insurance / AD&D/ Short and Long Term Disability Plans
